SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be immediately sent to your nominated email address.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@bknbz.com.

We aim to ship any order as soon as we can. After the order has left our warehouse the estimated delivery time will be between 2 - 7 workdays, depending on the destination.

Some deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Shipping International
For shipping outside of The Netherlands, we use FedEx. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel at www.FedEx.com. Deliveries will usually arrive within 3 - 5 days from the date of shipment.

Please note that orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email. 

Currency, Taxes and Duty
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on the online store are in Euro currency.
Orders being shipped overseas may be subjected to import duties and/ or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country.

Your order is shipped on a ‘Delivery Duty Unpaid’ basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. For more information about this matter, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, BKNBZ is unable to refund such duty or taxes.

If you reject your parcel at customs, redirection fees may apply.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE 
Please be aware BKNBZ products cannot be returned unless there is a fault on the item or the size is not correct.
Make sure that before you place your order your size is according to the Size guide on our website. 

Please inform us by email before you mail the item back to us. Mention your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

We advise you to use a reputable courier company of your choice.
Please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame.

Items can be returned up to 10 days after they have been received.
Items must be returned in original condition and package and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.

If you are within the timeframe and we received an email notification from you, feel free to send back your item. 

Once we received the parcel back we will undergo a quality review. You will receive an email notification with the status of your return. Once items have been received according to the above-mentioned conditions we will send you a correct item or refund the product price back to your original method of payment.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Items we exchange will be resent to you at our own cost.

If an item is faulty please contact us on the returns email address: info@bknbz.com stating the item's fault.

 Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we will not be able to take the requested action further.
